Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the organization's goals.
- Develop the mid-term technical goal and roadmap for multiple teams.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.
- Manage technical issues related to performance and scalability in a large-scale distributed database system.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with database internals and query optimization.
- Knowledge of RDBMS core functions.
