Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction and operational execution of Road and Lane Attribute Automation. Manage a team of engineers.
- Drive the incubation and productionization of computer vision and AI research at scale, in close collaboration with partner teams, into production.
- Leverage computer vision or machine learning skills to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and research engineers.
- Advocate a culture of high-quality product delivery, data-driven decision-making, and bold innovation.
- Work with the team on deliverables across Geo Auto, Geo Developer, Geo Consumer, and Cloud.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Generative AI.
- Experience programming in Python.
- Experience with Computer Vision development.
