Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the direction and operational execution of Road and Lane Attribute Automation. Manage a team of engineers.
• Drive the incubation and productionization of computer vision and AI research at scale, in close collaboration with partner teams, into production.
• Leverage computer vision or Machine Learning skills to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and research engineers.
• Advocate a culture of high-quality product delivery, data-driven decision-making, and bold innovation.
• Work with the team on short and medium term deliverables across Geo Auto, Geo Developer, Geo Consumer, and Cloud.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Generative AI.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience with Computer Vision development.
