Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer and develop a platform for designing and deploying enterprise applications in the Application Design Center (ADC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and other engineering teams to ensure that cloud-based applications are developed and rolled out.
- Utilize a variety of technologies, including Go, Java, Angular.js, Terraform, and other AI/ML technologies to design and develop solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of features that enhance the ADC's capabilities.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with ML infrastructure or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in AI/ML or Generative AI systems.
