Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data engineering.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on developing AI use cases for the Core data team.
- Attract and develop talent within the team.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems.
- Experience in projects with machine learning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
