Software Engineering Manager, AI Powered Data

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data engineering.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on developing AI use cases for the Core data team.
• Attract and develop talent within the team.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems.
• Experience in projects with machine learning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
