Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team focused on developing and deploying next-generation agentic AI for security.
  • Drive technical goals and strategy for Security Agentic AI, ensuring alignment with broader security teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-impact features.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development life-cycle from ideation to deployment of AI-driven security solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience with ML infrastructure or related fields.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
  • Experience with GenAI technologies and security domains.
