Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Propose, design, and develop new functionality for automation systems.
- Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
- Ensure production-facing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met.
- Lead long-term software architecture and roadmaps.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management role.
- Experience with distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with data center management and Generative AI.
