Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Propose, design, and develop new functionality for automation systems.
  • Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
  • Ensure production-facing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met.
  • Lead long-term software architecture and roadmaps.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.
  • Experience with distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with data center management and Generative AI.
