Software Engineer, Virtual Storage (Mandarin, English)

This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Write, test, and maintain robust product or system development code for core Google Compute Engine storage connectivity features.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in collaboration with storage teams.
- Design and implement solutions utilizing APIs for high-performance network storage.
- Triage product or system issues and debug by analyzing sources of issues.
- Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- Experience with developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience in storage and virtualization technologies.
