Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end development of Android System UI features by collaborating with Android Framework teams.
  • Integrate Google products and services to enhance the OS experience.
  • Analyze and incorporate feedback to refine OS features.
  • Deliver optimal performance in terms of visual smoothness, responsiveness, and resource usage.
  • Write resilient code for Android productivity devices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience programming in Java or Kotlin.
  • 2 years of experience with mobile application development or Android framework development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing operating systems and system software.
  • Experience building large-scale Android applications.
  • Experience with Android Internals or Operating Systems.
