Software Engineer III, Wear OS, Google Maps

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write product or system development code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Create user interfaces, collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Develop user-facing applications for wearable devices.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in Java.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in building mobile apps for Android using Kotlin.
• Experience with Android applications and frameworks.
• Experience with consumer wearable technology.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
