This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build exceptional iOS experiences within the iOS Google App.
  • Own features end-to-end (e.g., development, testing, experimentation, analysis, monitoring).
  • Work closely with Product and UX to ensure features are of the highest quality.
  • Identify, triage, debug, track and resolve issues in existing code.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in Swift and Objective C, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with iOS application development.
  • 2 years of experience building and shipping production-quality applications using SwiftUI.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • Experience with product experimentation.
  • Experience with iOS performance profiling and memory tooling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across team boundaries.
