This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Build open software to accelerate the adoption of product level footprinting across the IT hardware industry.
- Build and scale automated life cycle assessment models across Google Cloud’s hardware portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
- Create technical design documents for key technical decisions.
- Refine end-to-end applications across the stack.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- 2 years of full stack development experience with Python, C++, SQL, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting methodologies.
