Responsibilities:

  • Build accessible user interfaces using Java and Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with user experience (UX) to prototype, iterate, and refine interaction designs.
  • Implement new framework-level application programming interfaces (APIs) as needed.
  • Craft custom views, animations, and visual effects.
  • Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and refactoring.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with Android application development.
  • Experience with programming in Kotlin or Java.
  • Experience in front-end or user interface (UI) development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with Android platform and app development.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose.
