This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Build beautiful, performant, accessible UIs using Java and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with User Experience (UX) to prototype, iterate, and refine interaction designs.
- Implement new framework-level Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) as needed.
- Craft custom views, animations, and visual effects.
- Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and refactoring.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with Android application development.
- Experience in front-end or User Interface (UI) development.
- Experience with programming in Kotlin or Java.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Android platform and app development.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
