Software Engineer III, AI/ML, Search Ads Quality

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions in specialized ML areas and contribute to model training and optimization.
• Write product or system development code.
• Innovate on machine learning model training recipes.
• Test ML solutions using analytical methods.
• Collaborate with peers through design and code reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience in ML infrastructure or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Google's ML stack: Tensorflow, SAX, GeMax, TPUs.
• End-to-end experience launching applied ML, NLP or LLM projects.
