Software Engineer II, Consent and Transparency

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to documentation and adapt content based on updates.
• Triage and debug product or system issues.
• Write development code and participate in design reviews.
• Build and improve data pipelines for consent-related data.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in software development with languages like Python, C++, Java.
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience configuring applications for data analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Spanner, logs analysis, SQL.
• Experience ensuring data correctness and uncovering user behavior patterns.
• Experience building metrics pipelines for actionable insights.
