Software Developer III, Mobile (iOs), Google Home

This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $154,000 CAD/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write product or system development code.
• Review code developed by others and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 2 years of experience in developing iOS mobile applications.
• 2 years of experience with software development using Swift and iOS.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in coding, system health, diagnosis, and developing software tests.
• Experience with Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, or non-iOS mobile development.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating 3rd party services.
