This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
CAD 150,000-154,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Create user-centric experiences and foundational platform components for the Android glasses platform.
- Design and implement shared system UI services for future glasses hardware.
- Drive innovation in dynamic widgets and AI agent integration.
- Collaborate with UX and product management teams to translate user needs into prototypes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in Kotlin.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Java or other mobile app development frameworks.
- Knowledge of Android apps and mobile development.
- Ability to learn new coding languages as needed.
