Social Marketing Manager, YouTube Marketing

Compensation:
$142,000-$205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, ideation, and production of social and influencer campaigns.
- Provide thought leadership for marketing strategies across product areas.
- Track campaign performance and optimize in real time.
- Manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Engage with internal stakeholders for campaign approvals and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- 6 years of experience in social and influencer marketing.
- Experience with data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience leveraging AI for marketing insights.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
