Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day content creation and execution, ensuring Google is a living part of the culture.
- Build and execute high-impact partnerships with brands, creators, and influencers.
- Design and execute the social-first approach for key brand and product moments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and agency partners on social best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing or social media.
- Experience in leading social marketing or as a content creator.
- Fluency in German and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building engaging brand social profiles.
- Passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI.
- Excellent creative judgment and problem-solving skills.
