Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy test solutions for SoC technologies using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Verify complex digital designs with a focus on TPU architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage and high-quality SoCs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
  • Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (e.g., Advantest or Teradyne).
  • Experience in ASIC or SoC test development for NPI or High Volume Manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
  • Experience in testing IP components and Fault Isolation techniques.
  • Familiarity with PCIE, DDR, and HBM testing.
