This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy test solutions for SoC technologies using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
- Verify complex digital designs with a focus on TPU architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage and high-quality SoCs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
- Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (e.g., Advantest or Teradyne).
- Experience in ASIC or SoC test development for NPI or High Volume Manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience in testing IP components and Fault Isolation techniques.
- Familiarity with PCIE, DDR, and HBM testing.
