Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
- Manage the availability, latency, performance, and efficiency of services.
- Develop and execute the goal and strategy for the SRE team.
- Perform and improve on-call rotations across multiple continents.
- Design, write, and deliver software to enhance service availability and efficiency.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 3 years in designing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- 3 years of experience managing teams.
- 3 years of project leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
