Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, guiding their professional development.
- Manage the end-to-end availability, latency, performance, and efficiency of services.
- Develop and execute the goal and strategy for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.
- Perform and improve on-call rotations across multiple continents.
- Design, write, and deliver software to enhance the availability and efficiency of Google's services.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in designing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- 3 years of experience managing teams.
- 3 years of project leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
