Site Reliability Engineering Manager, Core Data

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Manage the availability, latency, performance, and efficiency of services.
• Develop and execute the goal and strategy for the SRE team.
• Perform and improve on-call rotations.
• Design and deliver software to enhance service availability and efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of experience in designing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience managing teams.
• 3 years of project leadership experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of software development experience.
