This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test procedures to establish functionality of new silicon.
  • Debug failures with cross-functional teams for silicon, boards, software, and manufacturing.
  • Provide regular updates about silicon health to platform, software, and volume manufacturing teams.
  • Plan, develop, and execute tests to validate CPU subsystem and integration at the system level.
  • Validate design on pre-silicon and post-silicon platforms and support silicon debug and field failures.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in developing test and debug infrastructure and test/lab automation scripting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience programming in C, embedded C, and scripting in Python/Perl/Tcl.
  • Experience executing tests on emulation platforms or FPGA and with JTAG debuggers.
  • Knowledge of programming, debugging, protocol debugging, C, design validation, and technical troubleshooting.
