Silicon Technical Recruiter

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire engineering candidates across all levels for Google Cloud Silicon initiatives.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to shape talent engagement and interview processes.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within semiconductor or AI infrastructure industries.
• 3 years of recruiting experience in Silicon Engineering or Technical Infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience solving operational problems as an individual contributor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineering leadership.
