Compensation:

$111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire engineering talent for high-priority Cloud Silicon initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to shape talent engagement and interview processes.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for niche talent through outreach strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting in semiconductor or AI infrastructure industries.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience in Silicon Engineering or Hardware Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience securing high-level technical applicants.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor and AI Accelerator landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
