Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive ideation and lead design projects with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with UX and Product Management teams during feature development.
- Manage the Android Pixel Design system and advocate for design guidelines.
- Deliver prototypes using design tools like Figma.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
- Proficiency in designing interfaces for the Android platform.
