Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead research to identify user needs and business opportunities.
  • Drive user-centric thinking to influence partners and collaboratively solve constraints.
  • Communicate research insights and recommendations to partners.
  • Evaluate product, service, and ecosystem impact using key insights and metrics.
  • Plan and engage in strategic and tactical research that informs product/service/business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in an applied research setting.
  • Experience with research methods such as usability studies and interviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products.
  • 3 years of experience managing projects in a large organization.
