Compensation:

$159,000-$233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build interactive prototypes for AI-powered customer and agent support.
  • Design prototypes for new agent platform integrations and tools that assist agents throughout the support life-cycle.
  • Communicate prototypes to stakeholders, articulating technology and customer value.
  • Identify opportunities to build tools that enhance the design and development process.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps with working demos.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  • Experience in application development across platforms (e.g., web, iOS, Android).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience developing responsive websites and applications.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
  • Proficient in building full-stack interactive prototypes.
