Senior UX Engineer, Customer Engagement

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product managers, and software engineers to conceptualize and build interactive prototypes.
• Design and build prototypes for new agent platform integrations and tools that assist agents throughout the support lifecycle.
• Communicate and demonstrate prototypes to stakeholders, articulating the underlying technology and value.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate concepts into working demos.
• Identify opportunities and build tools that accelerate design, research, and development.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Experience in application development across platforms (e.g., web, iOS, Android).

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of experience as a front-end developer or in a prototyping design environment.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and full-stack interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js).
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and interactive experience building.
