Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver business-generating Workspace subscription experiences, from acquisition to long-term customer engagement.
  • Advocate for UX frameworks that enhance customer conversion and business impact.
  • Collaborate with user researchers and cross-functional partners to evolve experiment roadmaps.
  • Navigate technical constraints to ensure innovative and feasible designs.
  • Manage workloads and adapt to emerging business opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in interaction design or UX design.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes and user journeys.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in design or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience with product-led growth programs and AI in design.
  • Ability to lead design projects and communicate design rationale effectively.
