Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the user in product discussions, ensuring a focus on the human experience.
  • Integrate AI into design processes to create predictive interfaces.
  • Define and prototype user interactions with TVs using voice, gesture, and AI.
  • Manage the design life-cycle for the TV OS, from identifying user friction to delivering polished solutions.
  • Lead the growth of the Google TV Design System.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with Consumer Electronics and AI prototyping tools.
  • Portfolio or relevant links to work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  • Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Gaming Industry.
