Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive UX design across projects and future opportunities.
- Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Partner with user research to validate design hypotheses.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience.
- Experience with AI prototyping tools.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing for multiple device types.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of user research techniques.
