Senior UX Designer, Google Meet Intelligence

This role is based in Seattle, WA or Kirkland, WA, with opportunities to work in other locations including New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive Google Meet’s intelligence strategy through cross-functional alignment and high-quality design deliverables.
• Collaborate with UX Research to identify user pain points and uncover new opportunity areas for intelligent features.
• Develop user journeys, designs, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with engineering to implement designs to specification and identify creative solutions to technical challenges.
• Apply and contribute to shared design systems to ensure consistency across Workspace products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product design, interaction design, or a related UX field.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in high-fidelity prototyping and motion design.
• Excellent visual design skills, with expertise in component and system design.
