Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design strategy for the GCBP Transact Platform, influencing user journeys across enterprise deals.
  • Define and drive UX goals for seamless interactions across GCBP surfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into design solutions.
  • Communicate user experiences through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in UX product design, including interaction design.
  • Experience with enterprise products and GenAI Agentic UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a portfolio of UX design samples.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning design system.
  • Ability to use AI tools for prototyping.
