Senior UX Designer, Future of AI, Envisioning Studio

This role is based in New York, NY, USA; London, UK.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation AI creativity and learning tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transform emerging AI research into high-impact products.
• Integrate insights from practitioner communities to ensure product features meet real-world needs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience bringing generative AI-powered products to market.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex cross-functional organization.
• Knowledge of Figma’s design tool.
