This role is based in New York, NY, USA or London, UK.

Compensation:

$159,000-$233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of next-generation AI creativity and learning tools.
• Influence product roadmaps with innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful product prototypes.
• Integrate user insights to ensure product features meet real-world needs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years in product design or UX design.
• Experience with generative AI products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of product design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
