This role is based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define foundational strategy and support long-term user experience and product strategies.
  • Lead collaboration with product management and engineering to identify user needs.
  • Apply UX design frameworks to create innovative solutions.
  • Use AI tools to enhance design workflows.
  • Communicate design approaches to senior stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years in UX design for digital platforms.
  • Experience with interaction design and prototyping.
  • Experience designing for enterprise products.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience in EdTech or Cloud environments.
