Compensation:

$159,000 - $231,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate foundational UX frameworks for multi-agent orchestration and complex task execution.
  • Build interfaces that provide transparency into AI reasoning and facilitate human oversight.
  • Produce high-fidelity user journeys and prototypes that enhance product experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define future AI-human interactions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience.
  • 5 years of experience in UX/product design, especially in enterprise software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience designing for Generative AI or machine learning systems.
  • Ability to design scalable frameworks in ambiguous product spaces.
