Senior UX Designer, Analytics, Insights and Measurement

This role is based in New York, NY or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Translate ideas into captivating user experiences through design and storytelling.
• Drive the design process from immersion, exploration, and ideation, to execution, delivery, and launch.
• Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities, solve problems, and advocate on behalf of users.
• Partner within User Experience (UX) Research and User Experience (UX) Content Design across the design process.
• Develop system maps, user journeys, concepts, mockups, and prototypes to communicate, test, and evolve design ideas.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Portfolio or relevant work link required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• 1 year of experience leading design projects.
• Experience designing for AI-powered systems or automated products.
• Proficiency in design tools and creating interactive prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into user journeys.
