Senior UX Designer, AI Mode

This role is based in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within AI Mode.
• Design user journeys on Google Search and AI Mode.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create principles and system instructions governing AI experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of design experience in product design or UX design for a consumer-facing product.
• Include a portfolio or relevant work links in your resume.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in design or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
