Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate user experiences through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience with automation for advertising campaigns.
  • Portfolio or relevant work links required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for advertising platforms or enterprise products.
  • Ability to influence product strategy and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
