Senior User Experience Designer, Google Pay

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with interaction designing in product design or User Experience (UX) design.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your resume.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in working with early stage efforts, and driving projects.
• Ability to address feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users.
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills, with an excellent portfolio of interactive projects.
• Excellent collaboration skills with User Experience (UX) teams and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
