This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX.
Compensation:
$150,000-$218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of automation tools or scripts to enhance product and engineering health.
- Develop and review test plans with engineers and stakeholders.
- Define test frameworks and reporting functions to facilitate testing.
- Drive improvements in test infrastructure for efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in product design reviews to enhance testability and implementation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in coding, test methodologies, and debugging.
- Experience with failure analysis and embedded systems.
- Experience in test automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years in a complex organization.
- 2 years of technical leadership experience.
- 1 year working with executive leaders.
