Senior Test Engineer

This role is based in Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$150,000-$218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of automation tools or scripts to enhance product and engineering health.
• Develop and review test plans with engineers and stakeholders.
• Define test frameworks and reporting functions.
• Improve existing test infrastructure for efficiency.
• Participate in product design reviews to enhance testability.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in coding, test methodologies, and debugging.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years in a complex organization.
• 2 years in technical leadership roles.
• 1 year working with executive leaders.
