$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own program management for multiple initiatives, driving all stages from planning to post-launch analysis.
  • Manage a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional leads to scale execution and planning processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with dependencies.
  • Develop a communication strategy tailored to various audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with tools and processes for planning and tracking.
  • Familiarity with creation tools and short-form video ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
