Senior Technical Program Manager, Multimodal Lens

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects end-to-end for Search Multimodal, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Understand technical subjects and communicate with Engineering teams to clarify complex project requirements.
• Plan projects including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Track and execute projects with effective reporting and cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive processes.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in technical design document and review process.
• Experience in stakeholder and team management in an extended workforce environment.
• Excellent communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively across teams.
