Compensation:
CAD 240,000-246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary AI projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery pods across Product, Development, GTM, Partner, and Customer teams.
- Ensure successful transitions from legacy systems to GenAI-native architectures.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of program management experience.
- Experience with AI agents and GenAI-native architectures.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years managing cross-functional projects.
