Compensation:
CAD 248,000-254,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive project management oversight to translate complex technical builds into business solutions.
- Establish a transparent program management state for customer accounts.
- Develop a standardized Customer Health Hub for real-time account status.
- Conduct audits to evaluate technical friction and stakeholder complexity.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with AI Agents and GenAI-native architectures.
- Experience leading customer interactions and building technical roadmaps.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
